Paul Furey

Hello I’m Paul Furey and I founded Performance Enhancement Consulting in 1989.

The PEC team spends its time helping people to get what they want. We help them to discover the answers to vital questions about thinking, emotion, behaviour, motivation, productivity and communication.

And by helping people to find things out about themselves and their people we help them and their colleagues to excel at working on their own and together.

As well as doing interesting commercial projects we also carry out research into how people work – especially in emotional situations like emergency call centres.
